Using these knee pads is easy. Just slip them on over your knees before you hit the trail. Make sure the silicone grippers are in place to keep the pads from slipping. When you're riding, the removable D3O® inserts will protect your knees from bumps and knocks. After your ride, take them off and give them a proper clean. Machine wash them in cold water on a gentle cycle and use a mild detergent. Don't bleach, iron or dry - clean them. Just line dry and they'll be ready for your next adventure.
