Please note: The EnergyPak Plus needs a V7.3 Firmware update. Our team at Martins is happy to assist you with that.
Using the EnergyPak Plus is easy. First, make sure your bike is one of the compatible models like the Giant FastRoad E+ EX Pro or Liv Thrive E+ EX Pro. Then, pair it with your existing 375Wh or 500Wh main battery. This will give you a much longer riding range. Before using it, remember that you need to update the firmware to V7.3. If you need help with the update, our Martins team is here for you. As for maintenance, keep it clean and store it in a dry place. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures.
