Product Description

The Wolf Tooth EnCase System Chain and Tire Plug Multi - Tool is a must - have for cyclists. It can fix both tubeless tire punctures and broken chains. One end has a chain tool, and the handle has a built - in tire plug with internal storage for tubeless tire plugs. This multi - tool is designed to work with an EnCase System Storage Sleeve that fits inside your handlebar ends. You can carry it in the storage sleeve or a tool wrap for quick repairs on the go. It's compatible with all bike chains, including 12 - speed ones. Comes with an inserter tool and five bacon strip tire plugs, with refills available. The hardened steel chain pin driver ensures long - lasting durability. You can store it in your handlebar using a Wolf Tooth EnCase Storage Sleeve (sold separately) or keep it in a jersey pocket. The chain tool driver needs a 4mm hex (available on the EnCase System Hex Bit Wrench). It fits most standard mountain and drop handlebars, except for ergonomic drop bars with sharp angles in the drops.

Using this multi - tool is easy. If you get a tubeless tire puncture, first take out the inserter tool and one of the bacon strip tire plugs from the handle's storage. Push the plug into the puncture using the inserter. For a broken chain, use the chain tool at the end of the multi - tool. But remember, you'll need a 4mm hex (available on the EnCase System Hex Bit Wrench) for the chain tool driver. When storing, you can use the Wolf Tooth EnCase Storage Sleeve (sold separately) and put it inside your handlebar, or just keep it in a jersey pocket. To keep it in good shape, after each use, wipe it clean to prevent dirt and moisture from building up. Also, check the chain pin driver regularly for any signs of wear. This multi - tool is durable, but proper care will make it last even longer.
