Using these cleat spacers is easy. First, check your shoes with the sole measuring tool to see if you need the shims. If you do, place the spacers between the shoe and the cleat. Then, use the provided screws to secure them in place. Make sure the screws are tightened properly but don't over - tighten as it might damage the shoe or the spacer. When it comes to maintenance, keep the spacers clean. You can wipe them with a dry cloth after each use. If they get dirty, you can use a mild soap and water solution to clean them, but dry them thoroughly before using them again. Also, regularly check the screws to ensure they haven't loosened during use.
