Product Description

The Wolf Tooth Direct Mount Chainring is a top - notch product designed specifically for SRAM cranks using the 3 - bolt mounting style. Crafted from premium 7075 - T6 Aluminum Alloy, it offers excellent durability while saving weight. The patent - pending Drop - Stop asymmetrical tooth design provides long wear life, great mud clearance, and outstanding chain retention. This chainring is suitable for 1x9, 1x10, 1x11, and 1x12 drivetrains. It's compatible with all 10, 11, and 12 - speed chains, except Shimano 12 - speed chains which need Wolf Tooth's specific chainrings. If you're using a 9 - speed drivetrain, a 10 - speed chain is recommended for better chain retention. Note that it's not compatible with the SRAM 8 - bolt interface. Using a clutch - style rear derailleur is advised. The chainring is black in color, round in shape, and has a 3mm offset, making it a great fit for 141/148 Boost Hubs. Keywords: SRAM T - Type, SRAM Transmission.

Using this chainring is easy. First, make sure your SRAM crank has a 3 - bolt mounting style. Then, simply attach the chainring to the crank. For 9 - speed drivetrains, remember to use a 10 - speed chain for better performance. Avoid using Shimano 12 - speed chains as they require a special chainring. When it comes to maintenance, regularly clean the chainring with a mild cleaner to remove dirt and mud. Check the teeth for wear and tear periodically. If you notice any significant damage, it's time to replace the chainring. Also, using a clutch - style rear derailleur will enhance the chainring's performance and lifespan.
