Product Description

Introducing the Wolf Tooth Direct Mount Chainring, a top - notch 34t chainring designed specifically for SRAM cranks with a 3 - bolt mounting style. This chainring is crafted from premium 7075 - T6 aluminum alloy, which offers excellent durability while saving weight. It features a patent - pending Drop - Stop asymmetrical tooth design, ensuring long wear life, great mud clearance, and reliable chain retention. Ideal for 1x9, 1x10, 1x11, and 1x12 drivetrains. Compatible with all 10, 11, and 12 - speed chains, except Shimano 12 - speed chains. If you're using a 9 - speed drivetrain, a 10 - speed chain is recommended for better chain retention. It's not compatible with the SRAM 8 - bolt interface. Using a clutch - style rear derailleur is a good idea. Technical details: It's black in color, a chain - retaining single ring, round in shape, with 34 teeth, Sram Direct Mount BCD, 0 offset, and compatible with 135/142 MTB hubs.

Using this chainring is quite straightforward. First, make sure your SRAM crank has a 3 - bolt mounting style. If you're using a 9 - speed drivetrain, use a 10 - speed chain for a better fit. When installing, align the chainring properly with the crank and tighten the bolts securely. Remember, this chainring is not compatible with Shimano 12 - speed chains or the SRAM 8 - bolt interface. For maintenance, after each ride, especially if you've ridden in muddy conditions, clean the chainring with a mild detergent and water. Dry it thoroughly to prevent rust. Using a clutch - style rear derailleur can help keep the chain in place and reduce the risk of it falling off. Check the chainring regularly for signs of wear, and if the teeth start to look worn, it's time to replace it.
