Product Description

Wolf Tooth presents this top - notch direct mount chainring. It's a 32 - tooth, black beauty designed for SRAM cranks using a 3 - bolt mounting style. Crafted from premium 7075 - T6 aluminum alloy, it offers both durability and weight savings. The patent - pending Drop - Stop asymmetrical tooth design ensures excellent wear life, great mud clearance, and superior chain retention. This chainring is compatible with 1x9, 1x10, 1x11, and 1x12 drivetrains. It works with all 10, 11, and 12 - speed chains, except Shimano 12 - speed chains which need Wolf Tooth's specific chainrings. For 9 - speed drivetrains, a 10 - speed chain is recommended for a tighter fit. It's not compatible with the SRAM 8 - bolt interface. Using a clutch - style rear derailleur is a good idea. Tech specs include a black color, a chain - retaining single - ring type, round shape, and compatibility with 135/142 MTB hubs.

Using this chainring is straightforward. First, make sure your SRAM crankset is the right type with a 3 - bolt mounting style. If you're using a 9 - speed drivetrain, remember to use a 10 - speed chain for better performance. When it comes to Shimano 12 - speed chains, don't try to use them with this chainring; get the specific one from Wolf Tooth. It's a good idea to use a clutch - style rear derailleur to keep everything running smoothly. For maintenance, regularly clean the chainring to remove mud and dirt. You can use a mild detergent and a soft brush. After cleaning, dry it thoroughly. This will help maintain its wear life and keep the chain retention at its best. And always check for any signs of wear and tear, and replace it if necessary.
