Closer Plus 650Cx23 Standard Tire

It's a standard tire with a size of 650Cx23, ISO 571, fold bead, and belted construction. The tread and sidewall color is Bk/Blk, with a PSI of 120, weight of 190 grams, and TPI of 60. There's no reflective sidewall.
