To use the Air-Liner tubeless insert, first, make sure your tubeless tire and rim are clean. Then, insert the foam insert carefully into the tire. Install the tire on the rim as you normally would and inflate it to the recommended pressure. When riding, keep in mind that the insert allows you to run at lower pressures for better grip, but don't go too low to avoid rim damage. For maintenance, after every few rides, check the insert for any signs of wear or damage. If it gets dirty, you can wash it gently with mild soap and water and let it dry completely before using it again.
