These Defend Mountain Bike Gloves are easy to use. Just put them on like you would any regular gloves. When riding, the stretch mesh finger gussets will move with your fingers, giving you great flexibility. The single - layer Clarino™ palm with perforations will keep your hands cool. For touch - screen devices, you can use the conductive palm to operate them without taking off the gloves. As for maintenance, it's a good idea to wash them regularly. You can use a mild detergent and gently hand - wash them. After that, let them air dry. Avoid using high - heat dryers as this might damage the materials. Also, make sure to store them in a cool, dry place when not in use to keep them in good condition.
