Product Description

Introducing the Wolf Tooth Elliptical Direct Mount Chainring. This 32 - tooth chainring is specifically designed for Race Face CINCH cranks with removable spiders and is made for Boost cranks with a 3mm offset. It comes in a sleek black color. The chainring has a unique proprietary design with an ovality of 10% and a timing of 112 degrees after top dead center. This offers the benefits of an oval ring, like better rear - wheel traction, without the typical drawbacks. Its patent - pending asymmetrical Drop - Stop tooth design ensures long wear life, excellent mud clearance, and great chain retention. The elliptical shape boosts efficiency in the recovery zone and increases traction through consistent torque. It's suitable for 1x9, 1x10, 1x11, and 1x12 drivetrains. Compatible with all 10, 11, and 12 - speed chains, except Shimano 12 - speed chains. For Shimano 12 - speed chains, you'll need Wolf Tooth's specific chainrings. If using a 9 - speed drivetrain, a 10 - speed chain is recommended for a tighter fit. Made from durable 7075 - T6 aluminum, a clutch - style rear derailleur is suggested for optimal performance.

Using your Wolf Tooth Elliptical Direct Mount Chainring is easy. First, make sure your bike has Race Face CINCH cranks with removable spiders and is a Boost crank setup. Install the chainring with the 3mm offset carefully onto the crank. When choosing a chain, remember it's compatible with most 10, 11, and 12 - speed chains, but not Shimano 12 - speed ones. If you have a 9 - speed drivetrain, use a 10 - speed chain for better chain retention. It's a good idea to use a clutch - style rear derailleur to keep everything running smoothly. For maintenance, regularly clean the chainring to remove mud and debris. You can use a mild bike cleaner and a soft brush. Check the teeth for any signs of wear and replace the chainring if needed. Store the chainring in a dry place when not in use to prevent rusting.
