Using this bleed kit is a breeze. First, gather all the components from the kit. If you're using the shop kit or the pro kit, start by attaching the appropriate bleed blocks to your brake model (XX, XO, Elixir, Code, or Juicy series). Then, connect the syringes and hoses according to the instructions. Use the Torx - T25 L - wrench and 3/8 inch - drive 8mm crows - foot when needed for tightening. Make sure to use the DOT - 5.1 brake fluid from the 2oz bottle. When bleeding the brakes, be gentle with the syringes, especially the pro - series ones with ergo - handled metal plungers. For maintenance, always keep the kit clean. After use, wipe down all the components and store them in a dry place.
