Basket Rack Standoffs and Bolts

The Wald Standoff kit is a great solution. By using the accessory bolt mounts on a frame or fork, it lets you place a basket or rack away from obstructive components like disc brake calipers. It comes with 2 Phillips head frame bolts that are 1.5' (38mm) long and 2 Standoff spacers that measure 1' (25.4mm) in length.

To use this product, first locate the accessory bolt mounts on your frame or fork. Then, attach the standoff spacers using the Phillips head frame bolts. This will create space for your basket or rack, keeping it away from things like disc brake calipers. When installing, make sure the bolts are tightened properly to avoid any looseness. As for maintenance, periodically check the bolts to ensure they haven't come loose. If you notice any signs of wear on the spacers or bolts, it might be a good idea to replace them to keep your setup in good condition.
